1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 10Yad Platform and enrolling in our Financial Wellness Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 10Yad ("Company").

2. Description of Services & License

The Company provides a holistic Financial Wellness Platform including a Financial Command Center (SaaS), a Financial Education Portal, and ancillary Wellness Benefits (Legal, Telemedicine, Roadside Assistance, and Savings Programs). License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Platform for a term of 60 months.

3. Fees and Billing

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

3.1 Providing and Maintaining the Service

Payment Failures: In the event of a payment default, access to certain "live" benefits (Telemedicine, Legal) may be suspended until the account is brought current.

  • Program Fees You agree to pay the fees for the Platform and Wellness Benefits as specified during the registration and checkout process (the "Order Summary"). These fees may include a recurring monthly subscription fee for a fixed term, a one-time deferred license fee, and/or specific administrative fees related to debt education modules, as explicitly detailed at the point of sale.

  • Commitment Term By completing the enrollment, you acknowledge and agree to the payment schedule and total term length (e.g., 60 months) presented to you during the checkout process. All fees are earned upon the delivery of access to the proprietary Software and Education Portal.

  • Adjustments The Company reserves the right to change fees for future new enrollments; however, the fees for your specific term are locked in at the time of purchase and will be reflected in your Member Dashboard.

4. Mobile Messaging (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive communications, you agree to the following:

-Consent: You expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from 10yad for account alerts, billing reminders, support notifications, and educational tips related to your financial wellness plan. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

-Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences but is typically recurring.

-Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our short code or long code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

-Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

-Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

-Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

-Privacy: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Third-Party Marketplace Disclosure

Our Financial Education Portal includes a marketplace of independent, third-party service providers.

  • Independence: These providers are independent entities and are not affiliates or agents of the Company.

  • Data Export: You must explicitly authorize the export of your financial data to any third party. The Company is not responsible for the services, fees, or results provided by these independent parties.

6. Cancellation Policy

We comply with the FTC’s "Click-to-Cancel" standards. You may initiate cancellation of your subscription at any time via your account settings.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation terminates access to ongoing Wellness Benefits (Telemedicine, Legal, etc.) at the end of the billing cycle.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
