1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 10Yad Solutions LLC Platform and enrolling in our Financial Wellness Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and 10Yad ("Company," "we," or "us"). Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

2. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive communications, you agree to the following:

2.1 Program Description: Our messaging program sends account alerts, billing reminders, support notifications, and educational tips related to your financial wellness plan to customers who have explicitly opted in. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated, non-mandatory checkbox for SMS consent.

2.2 Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

2.3 Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or call our support line during business hours.

2.4 Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2.5 Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and plan usage.

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK).

2.6 Privacy Isolation: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Description of Services & License

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

The Company provides a holistic Financial Wellness Platform including a Financial Command Center (SaaS), a Financial Education Portal, and ancillary Wellness Benefits (Legal, Telemedicine, Roadside Assistance, and Savings Programs).

  • License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Platform for a term of 60 months.

  • Intellectual Property: This Site and all materials available on it are the property of 10Yad and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, or distribute any material without explicit authorization.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Program Fees: You agree to pay the fees for the Platform and Wellness Benefits as specified during the registration and checkout process (the "Order Summary"). These fees may include a recurring monthly subscription fee for a fixed term, a one-time deferred license fee, and/or specific administrative fees related to debt education modules as detailed at the point of sale.

4.2 Commitment Term: By completing enrollment, you acknowledge the total term length (60 months) presented at checkout. All fees are earned upon the delivery of access to the proprietary Software and Education Portal.

4.3 Adjustments: The Company reserves the right to change fees for future new enrollments; however, your specific fees are locked for the duration of your term.

4.4 Payment Failures: In the event of a payment default, access to certain "live" benefits (Telemedicine, Legal) may be suspended until the account is brought current.

5. Third-Party Marketplace & Online Commerce

Our Financial Education Portal includes a marketplace of independent, third-party service providers.

  • Independence: These providers are independent entities and are not affiliates or agents of 10Yad.

  • Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or results of these third-party services. Your dealings with third-party vendors are solely between you and the third party.

  • Data Export: You must explicitly authorize the export of your financial data to any third party.

6. Cancellation & Termination

FTC Compliance: We comply with "Click-to-Cancel" standards. You may initiate cancellation of your subscription at any time via your account settings.

Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation terminates access to ongoing Wellness Benefits (Telemedicine, Legal, etc.) at the end of the billing cycle.

Company Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem unlawful.

7. Disclaimers & Indemnification

The information and services on this Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10Yad and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.


8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
